Le Cercle des Amis de Gabriel Urgell Reyes is a non-profit association, founded in 2019 with the objective of expanding research and development in the field of contemporary artistic creation (music, visual arts, literature, etc.), as well as to ensure the support and promotion of artists and musical ensembles engaged in this direction.

A laboratory of ideas and achievements, the association is concerned with helping to structure, develop and restore an instrumentarium associated to musiques mixtes (acoustic and electronic), and to contribute to the decompartmentalization and hybridization of aesthetics and practices of historical and contemporary music and arts.

      

Aware of the challenges of the contemporary world, the Cercle des Amis de Gabriel Urgell Reyes works in partnership with other structures to transmit artistic knowledge to all audiences, ensuring cultural encounters, encouraging openness to diversity, and developing social ties, particularly through music and art workshops. The association also conducts observation and reflection on ways to reduce the environmental impact of the musical and artistic productions it supports.
